Terms of Service

You do not need an account to order. You place an order by completing checkout with your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding once we have accepted it and booked it with our courier — at which point you receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our courier's serviceable area, if we cannot reach you to confirm details, or if we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel, you pay nothing.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment is cash on delivery. The courier collects the full order total in cash when the parcel is handed to you. Nothing is charged at the time you place the order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Repeatedly refusing to accept or pay for delivered cash-on-delivery orders may result in us declining future orders from the same phone number or address.

We deliver within Pakistan through a third-party courier. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch. These estimates are not guarantees — weather, public holidays and courier backlogs can delay a parcel.

It is your responsibility to give a complete and correct address and a phone number that is reachable. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable number may not be re-attempted free of charge.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Skincare results vary between people. Descriptions of what an ingredient does are general information about that ingredient, not a promise of a specific outcome for you.

Always patch test a new product. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription skincare, speak to a doctor before adding a new active to your routine. Stop use and seek advice if irritation persists.

The Knite Skin Science name, logo, product photography, formulations copy and site design belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Reviews and comments you submit remain yours, but by posting them you allow us to display them on this site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
