Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it and contact you about it: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, the items you ordered, and the order total.

We do not collect or store any card or bank details, because we do not take online payments — all orders are settled in cash at the time of delivery.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

Your details are used to confirm your order, hand the delivery over to our courier, keep you updated on its progress, and answer you if you contact us about it.

We may also use your order history internally to manage stock and understand which products are selling. This is aggregate business information — it is not shared with anyone outside the business.

We will not add you to a marketing list from a purchase alone, and we do not send promotional messages unless you have separately asked us to.

Our courier partner receives your name, phone number, delivery address, city and the amount to collect. They need this to physically deliver the parcel and cannot do so without it.

Our email provider processes your email address and order summary so that your confirmation and tracking message can be delivered.

We keep an internal record of orders in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the business owner and authorised staff.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will disclose information if we are legally required to by a court or a competent Pakistani authority.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will do so.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kniteskinscience@gmail.com from the address you ordered with and we will respond within a few working days.

If you have an unresolved concern about how we have handled your information, you are entitled to raise it with the relevant authority in Pakistan.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
